Epilepsy Foundation! Support!!

A friend of mine from high school, now living in San Diego, is Walking the Epilepsy 5K.
Her 8 yr. old son is coping with Epilepsy so please show your support if you can
and stop by her website and make an online donation. I also have a friend who had Epilepsy and it ultimately took her life. This cause meas a lot to me and any help that we can give to support, is so appreciated!

About the San Diego Epilepsy Organization

The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County offers programs and services to the more than 50,000 people in San Diego County who live with seizure disorders. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those with epilepsy. Since 1954, the Foundation has provided free services including education, counseling, career development, referral, individual advocacy, support groups, in-service educational seminars, scholarships, and summer camp for children with epilepsy.

Happy Valentine's Day

I totally did not make Valentine's Day cards this year. I suppose it was a little on purpose as in the past years, holiday cards don't really sell. Not sure why, but I decided to hold back this year and I'll probably regret it, but we'll see.

On another note. I want to share with you all my sisters crafty talent of making the most delicious sugar cookies I have ever had tasted. YUM. She made these little delights for my daughters teachers and for some friends.  They were a big hit!

It was VERY hard for me to not take control over my daughters (3.5year old) Valentine's Day box as it was one the most memorable times I remember doing with my mom. I really enjoyed doing crafts with my mom and now I get to do them with my daughter. It's great and I've learned to let her just create on her own. She loves crafting!
